Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Livaro mobile application ("Service") operated by Brimarc Global.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Responsibility

Since Livaro operates as a local-first application:

• You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
• If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, your data may be permanently lost. Brimarc Global is not liable for data loss.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device passcode, Livaro access code, and biometric access.

3. License to Use

Brimarc Global grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Livaro application on your devices for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brimarc Global operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
