Terms of Use — DailyProfit

1. Agreement to Terms
DailyProfit is operated by Brimarc Global. By downloading, accessing, or using the DailyProfit mobile
application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these
terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
DailyProfit is a business management application designed to help users track sales, expenses,
profit, and view estimated tax insights. The App provides tools for financial clarity and
collaboration but does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal services.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
To use certain features, you must sign in using Google or Apple.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
4. Team Access & Roles
Business owners may invite other users (such as managers, sales personnel, or auditors) to access
their business account.
- Access is controlled by role-based permissions set by the business owner.
- Each user may only access data permitted by their assigned role.
- Brimarc Global is not responsible for misuse of access granted by a business owner.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Enter accurate and lawful business data
- Use the App only for legitimate business purposes
- Not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the App
- Not use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities
6. Subscriptions & Payments
DailyProfit offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional features such as cloud
synchronization, advanced reports, tax insights, exports, and multi-user access.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the
current period
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings
Brimarc Global does not process payments directly.
7. Tax Insight Disclaimer (Important)
The Tax Insight feature provides estimates for informational purposes only.
- DailyProfit does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice
- Tax calculations are estimates based on user-provided data and general tax principles
- You remain fully responsible for tax filings, payments, and compliance
- You should consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions.
8. Data Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
DailyProfit relies on the data you provide.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of results, summaries, or estimates
- Brimarc Global is not liable for losses, penalties, or damages arising from reliance on the App
- Use of the App is at your own risk
9. Availability & Modifications
We may:
- Update or modify features
- Suspend or discontinue parts of the App
- Release updates or fixes from time to time
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Cloud-stored data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Subscription management remains subject to App Store or Google Play rules
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, branding, and trademarks, belong to
Brimarc Global. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App. Continued
use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
