When you sign in using Google or Apple, we collect:

This information is used solely to create and manage your account.

b. Business & Financial Data

You may enter business-related data, including but not limited to:

• Sales records
• Products and items
• Expenses
• Business profile information

Data storage depends on your subscription status:

• Free & Guest Users: All data is stored locally on your device only. Brimarc Global does not access or store this data.
• Pro Users (Cloud Sync Enabled): If you upgrade to Pro and enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted and securely stored on our servers to enable access across multiple devices and team members.

c. Team & Role-Based Data

Business owners may invite other users (e.g., managers, sales staff, auditors) to access the business account. Each invited user:

• Has their own account
• Can only access data permitted by the role assigned to them

All actions are limited by permission controls set by the business owner.

d. Camera Access

The App may request access to your device camera only to scan QR codes or barcodes generated by a business owner. These codes are used to allow team members to join a business account.

Camera access is user-initiated and is never used in the background.

e. Device & Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited, non-personal technical information such as:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App crash logs

This data is used solely to improve app stability and performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the App’s features
• Authenticate users and manage access
• Enable cloud synchronization (Pro users only)
• Manage subscriptions and billing status
• Provide customer support
• Improve app performance and reliability

We do not sell user data.

4. Data Storage, Security & Ownership

a. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. While we take reasonable steps to secure data, no electronic system is completely secure.

b. Data Ownership

All business and financial data entered into DailyProfit remains the property of the business owner. Brimarc Global does not claim ownership of user data.

5. Third-Party Services

DailyProfit relies on trusted third-party services strictly for core functionality:

• Authentication: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In
• Hosting & Infrastructure: Render
• Payments & Subscriptions: RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer — Not Tax Advice

The Tax Insight feature provides estimates for informational purposes only. Brimarc Global is not a tax consultant, accountant, or legal advisor. Calculations are based on user-provided data and general tax principles (e.g., Finance Act 2026). Always consult a qualified professional for official tax filings or decisions.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the App settings or by contacting support@brimarcglobal.com.

• Local-only data is deleted from your device
• Cloud-stored data is permanently removed from our servers upon deletion

8. Children’s Privacy

DailyProfit is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
