1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Clotheline acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party dry cleaning and laundry service providers. We do not provide the laundry services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You are available at the designated location for pickup and delivery.
• Items given for laundry do not contain hazardous materials or foreign objects (e.g., coins, pens).
• Payment information provided is accurate and valid.

4. Liability Limitations

While we strive to partner with high-quality service providers, Clotheline is not liable for damages to clothing caused by inherent defects in material, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions labels.

5. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the App, at our sole discretion without notice.
